How I help you get started — and unstuck

Many people start building or renovating with good intentions — and -at a certain point- get stuck.
I can help you think through the technical side, make realistic plans, and hopefully avoid costly mistakes before they happen.
My role is to support your thinking and decision-making, support hands-on, not to replace certified installers or contractors.
When you are living outside of Sweden and would like to have an independent, insightful on-site opinion and extra information about a house or houses you are interested in buying, I can do this for you. Also; once you own a house, but are not in Sweden, I can manage the care for your house, garden and projects.
I will do house visits (Varmland/Orebro) in a radius of about 100 km around Filipstad/Hallefors (or further under negotiation). In other cases, I can assist online.

I work within an approximate 100 km radius from Filipstad (Between Sunne, Hagfors, Ludvika, Orebro and Karlstad)
